This Shipping Policy explains delivery times, rates, and what to expect when you order from SniffParty.

Where we ship

We currently fulfill orders to the United States and China through our online store markets.

United States rates

• Orders under $25: shipping $3.99.
• Orders $25 and above: free shipping.

China rates

Standard shipping applies at checkout (rate shown before you pay). Express options may appear when available.

Processing & delivery time

• Processing: typically 1–3 business days after payment clears.
• Transit (US): often about 7–15 business days after dispatch (carrier and destination vary).
• Holiday peaks or customs can add delay; tracking is shared when available.

Order tracking

When a tracking number is available, we send it to the email on your order. Contact adamyu+sniffparty@mail.grokbot.com if you need help.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package shows delivered but you did not receive it, or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number so we can help.
