SniffParty wants you and your dog to love every sniff. Please read this Refund & Return Policy before ordering.
Eligibility
- Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or heavily used snuffle toys / lick mats may not qualify for return unless defective.
How to request a return or refund
- Email adamyu+sniffparty@mail.grokbot.com with your order number and reason.
- We will confirm whether a return, exchange, or refund applies.
- Approved returns must be shipped back as instructed; buyer covers return shipping unless the item was our error or defective.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (usually PayPal) within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
International / dropshipping note
Orders ship from our fulfillment partners. Please allow inspection time after the return arrives at the designated address we provide.
